Child Safety Standards

🛡️ Zero Tolerance Policy: Zync strictly prohibits any
content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or
exploitation (CSAE). Violators are permanently banned and reported to
authorities.
1. Prohibited Content
We have zero tolerance for content or behavior that endangers minors, including:
- Any visual depiction of a minor in sexual acts or explicit manner
- Solicitation of minors for sexual activity
- Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Grooming or predatory behavior targeting minors
2. In-App Reporting
Users can report suspicious behavior or inappropriate content directly within the Zync app:
- Open the user's profile card
- Scroll down and tap "Report User"
- Select the violation type and provide details
- Submit the report
Response Time: All child safety reports are prioritized
and reviewed by our safety team within 24 hours.
3. Enforcement & Action
Upon confirmation of a violation:
- The account is permanently banned immediately
- Evidence is preserved for law enforcement
- Report is filed with NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children)
- Full cooperation with regional and national authorities
4. Cooperation with Authorities
We comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the safety of minors. We actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies in investigations involving the exploitation of minors on our platform.
