Delete Your Zync Account

Zync users can request permanent deletion of their account and associated data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and making it easy for you to manage your personal information.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Email us from your registered Google account
- Use the subject line: Delete Zync Account
- Send to: xyzabc.developer@gmail.com
Tip: Make sure to email us from the same Google account
you used to sign into Zync. This helps us verify your identity and
process your request faster.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- User profile and bio
- Email and Google account identifier
- Social links and preferences
- App usage data
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be
undone. Please make sure you want to proceed before submitting your
request.
Retention Period
All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request, unless we are required to retain certain records for legal or billing purposes.
Note: If you have an active premium subscription,
please cancel it through Google Play before requesting account deletion
to avoid future charges.
